Road Trip!

Can’t make it to Boulder? Amieable and I invite you to live vicariously through us as we trek across the Rockies to see the Cougs open Pac-12 play against the Buffaloes. We’ll be tweeting (twittering?) updates (follow us @wazzufbblog) from our adventure as we pass through, or nearby many wonders of the West, such as:

And of course it all leads to…

Road Trip!

Nestled at the foot of the Flatirons, beautiful Boulder Colorado! The Buffs are famous for their live buffalo mascot Ralphie, The “McCartney Era”, vague claims to ambiguously awarded national titles, extra downs on goal line stands and, of course, selling beer in their stadium LONG past the point that it was taboo in college sports. Sounds like my kinda town!

We hope to meet up with Lucas Coug, DaniBuff, Selah, Soze and any other fellow road warriors who are braving the altitude with us. We’ll keep you all posted on our tailgate locale as we get settled in on gameday. For those of you who can’t make it, we will try to pass along as much as we can about the sights, sounds, tastes and maybe even the smells of this new conference road destination. After road trips to places like Eugene, Auburn and Madison, Boulder has a lot to live up to, but from all I’ve heard I think it is going to grade out pretty well. Looks to be mostly sunny with temps in the mid-80’s. Lets all pray that Lucas keeps his shirt on.

Go Cougs!
