On April 30, former world champion Paulie Ayala will promote yet another night of fantastic professional boxing as Paulie Ayala Productions puts on the “Battle of DFW.” The event will take place at the Fort Worth Convention Center and will feature some of the best talent from here in North Texas. North Texas Fisticuffs’ very own Roland Gamez recently caught up with both Paulie and his wife Leti as they break down Saturday’s fight card.
