Roland’s Recap – Interview with SWMMA’s AJ Soliz

This past January, Southwest MMA held their inaugural amateur mixed martial arts promotion at the Grapevine Convention Center.  Despite more than a few bouts being dropped in the 11th hour, the show was a critical success and paved the way for their inclusion as a viable promotional company here in North Texas. 

This Sunday Southwest MMA will host their second show from the Cape Buffalo Grill in Addison, Texas.  The 10-bout card promises the deliver action and I can’t think of any better place to catch a fight than Cape Buffalo.  North Texas Fisticuffs recently caught up with AJ Soliz, head of Southwest MMA, to get the lowdown on what fight fans can expect from their April 3rd show.
