Monday night, the Boston Celtics played the Chicago Bulls looking to continue their winning streak. The Celtics led for the most part of the game by double digits. Without Derrick Rose, the Bulls went on a run late in the fourth quarter to make it a one possession game.
Nonetheless, Rajon Rondo remained hot while making helping his team go up by six. Rondo has made this is 31st straight game for 10 plus assists in a game. Rondo led the Celtics with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists, and 5 steals. He received help from several teammates such as Brandon Bass who finished with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Also, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry all finished with double digits points. Meanwhile, the Bulls were led by Luol Deng with 26 points. Also, Joakim Noah had 17 points and Carlos Boozer had 15 points. The final score of the game was 101-95.
