Brandon Hanning is, among other things, a fine American. Hanning earned himself freebeer4lyfe* in the state of Michigan after tackling Ohio State’s mascot on the field before their football game last Saturday against Ohio University.
*If this guy doesn’t get free beer and/or snatch in Ann Arbor for at least the next five years I’m giving up on the human race.
The best part? Hanning did it for all the right reasons.
“It was actually my whole plan to tackle Brutus when I tried out to be mascot. I tried out about a year ago, and the whole reason I tried out was so I could come up here to Ohio State and tackle Brutus.”
Mr. Hanning has since been relieved of his mascotly duties with Ohio U. With Brutus out of the way, word is Hanning is off to conquer the next-most evil being in the world.
