Ryan Blaney Dominates At Dover

As the Xfinity playoffs continued they were at Dover for a quick 200 lap race.

The race started off with an early caution as Brandon Jones spins out on lap 6.  Another short green flag run occurs and at alp 18 Harrision Rhodes smokes big time to bring out the caution.  We get a third short green flag run in a row as Chad Finchum wrecks.   This finally leads to a long green flag run where William Byron leads a bunch more green flag laps and takes the stage one win.  The leaders pit and Ryan Blaney wins the race off pit road.

The second stage was a quickie with no cautions as William Byron led a whole bunch of laps and took the second stage win. The leaders pit and William Byron kept the race lead.

The third stage saw William Byron lead lap after lap after lap.  With 10 laps left Tyler Reddick has a tire problem and was able to make it to pit road and not bring out the caution.  The final laps went caution free and Ryan Blaney easily wins the race.

“Really cool to be in victory lane,” said Ryan Blaney.

“We gained on points,” said Brendan Gaughan.

“All in all our day was good,” said Justin Allgaier.
