CC Sabathia and the Brewers just keep rolling along.
Sabathia won his 7th straight with the Brewers, which represented the Brewers’ 8th consecutive win, in a 7-1 pasting of San Diego Wednesday night. Sabathia only allowed the lone run in the 4th and went 7 innings overall, handing David Riske and Guillermo Mota a 7-1 advantage.
The offense only pounded out 8 hits, but that was more than enough–Corey Hart led the offense with a 3-for-5 night and driving in 3 of the runs.
The Crew tries for the sweep Thursday afternoon before heading up the coast to face Manny and the Dodgers.
