Sacramento Kings announce 2013 NBA preseason schedule

The Sacramento Kings announced their 2013 preseason schedule today, which will feature seven games against opponents on the west coast.

The Kings will tip off the exhibition season against the Golden State Warriors on Monday, Oct.7 at Oracle Arena. They’ll play three games at home in the preseason, beginning with a match-up against the Los Angels Clippers on Oct. 14, followed by a contest against the Phoenix Suns on Thursday, Oct. 17 and then a game versus the Warriors on Wednesday, Oct. 23.

The Kings will play one exhibition game at a neutral site. They’ll make their annual road visit to Las Vegas and play the Los Angels Lakers on Thursday, Oct. 10 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Sacramento will wrap up their preseason schedule against the Clippers at the Staples Center on Friday, Oct. 25.

The Kings will find out their regular season schedule next week.  Earlier today, the NBA announced that schedules for the 2013-14 season will be unveiled on a special set to air on NBA TV next Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 3 pm PT.
