Sacramento Kings announce 2015 preseason schedule

The Sacramento Kings officially announced their 2015 preseason schedule, which won’t include any international exhibitions. There’s still a surprise in the report however.

The Kings open their six-game schedule on the road against the rebuilt Portland Trail Blazers on October 5. Then they’ll fly to Phoenix to take on the Suns October 7 at the Talking Stick Resort Arena (formerly known as the US Airways Center).

Sacramento returns home to take on LaMarcus Aldridge and the San Antonio Spurs on October 8, followed by a rematch with the Trail Blazers at Sleep Train Arena on October 10.

Then the Kings battle the Lakers at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on October 13, and they’ll make a rare visit to Lexington, Kentucky to square off with the New Orleans Pelicans. The Kings and Pelicans will play at Rupp Arena, the same building DeMarcus Cousins, Willie Cauley-Stein, Rajon Rondo and Anthony Davis used as Kentucky Wildcats.

The full Kings preseason schedule is below.
