So as we get ready for the first real game… wait? This last game was not pre-season!? It sure looked like it! Damn. Though I am hopeful the talented players will pick it up fast. You all remember how terrible Armstead looked in his first real game in 2013? So I have a theme for his week’s questions based on that.
Back to last week; it was a lot more depressing then we all had hoped. I think I can crown myself the anti-guru for this week. In fact, that is something nice to do. As there is a Shiva, there is also a Sacko. Go watch The League if you don’t know what I am talking about here. Do it! Really!
We won’t ask you to pay $50 when you are the season’s Anti-Guru. But it will be a nice title to try and avoid 🙂
The answers of week 1 are: Anthony had only 4 tackles, Peat did line up in Jumbo formation, but Payton has grown weak and did not trust him catching a ball, so 0. Kikaha did force a fumble and also caused all of the sacks the Saints had. Z.E.R.O.! Marcus Murphy did have 1 touch where he returned a punt for a whooping 2 yards, he did have a tackle too though! That was all he had so he has 2 all purpose yards.
