Saints Nation Guru – Week 4 – Cowboys

Another week and other loss. Oh well, it sure was entertaining. Rather have this then a clear loss in Q1. The Saints season is like the movie Pacific Rim. For those amongst you who have seen that movie, first and foremost my heartfelt condolences.

Like dealing with any bad event you go through certain stages of denial. At first you are questioning if this movie is ever gonna get better. Then you are annoyed the level just does not improve, followed by anger and at a point furious rage at the stupidity and the time you have already invested to be such a waste. Then you just start to laugh at everything that is bad.
If the Saints are like Pacific rim, the Raiders are Sharknado. At least it doesn’t pretend to be anything better. Anyway, at this point we just sit back and take whatever beauty and spark of light there is and hope for the 2016 season.

This weeks theme will be “bright moments” but first off we look at last weeks results.

First off, question 3 is voided. Brees did not play and some active players who answered early would be treated unfairly. Being active can never be a negative. Next time I ill try and mention if it doesn’t have to be player specific.
The rest of the answers; The Saints gave up 3 TDs to Newton (Olson, Olson, Run), Yes they missed a kick (I am Dutch and a Dutch proverb translates to: “To never have shot is always a miss”) and there were 2 turnovers (Watson fumble and McCown INT).

The ones  with the most answers correct: Critter4319. No Tie-breaker (answer 15) needed, he had all 3 questions right. Congratulations!

The Anti-guru (If anyone has a better name for this let me know!) of the week was CharlieB721 who had 0 correct as most people, but he was furthest off on the Tie-breaker question.
