Saints Nation Guru – Week 7 – Lions

So our favorite designer and friend Cody Jones has not only designed the Saints Nation Bold Predictions logo but now is also working on the Saints Nation Guru logo. It should be ready soon! This means that last weeks winner will no longer be the header image, but we will put them a picture at the start of our posts always! (Unless requested differently or not available).

Last post I did something very stupid. I called for number of dropped passes… Ugh! There is no easy way to find a stat of that. Also it is hard to say what was a drop and what was defended or badly thrown by Brees. For instance Colston’s non-called fumble was the work of a defender i.e. no drop. I have rewatched the game (a win thank god!) and will list the ones I have found. If you disagree, you can tell us, throw a red flag and we will review it.

So last weeks correct answers to the questions were; 3 is the number of INTs thrown by Brees, there have been 5 dropped balls (Q1 9:53 Graham, Q1 0:32 Graham, Q4 11:48 Stills, OT 14:19 Stills, OT 12:51 Watson), the Saints were 6-13 on 3rd down and thus failed to convert 7 3rd downs, and thankfully 0 was the number of times a trick play was tried on 4th down. The answer to the tie-breaker question was 31, the number of points allowed by the Saints.

So this weeks winner is… Not 1, but 2 people. Own The Falcons and Stolfi10 (pictured) both had 2 questions right and answered the same for the Tie-breaker question.
