Is it me or were there so many turnovers this week that it was a record? With 4 teams on a bye it probably was not but man this week had some games that were a real turnover fest. How Guru-ish was I picking this topic!? What do you guys think? Should I reward myself 10 bonus points for making such an appropriate topic?
On fumbles… You do know Ingram has only 5 fumbles in 766 touches? That is roughly 1 every 150 touches. A guy like Peterson has 1 fumble every 70 touches. I must say that I can at least know of 3 or 4, and probably a couple of more times, that Ingram was down a millisecond before he fumbled or forward progress had been called by some ref after the opponent was celebrating with the ball in their hands. You can’t say the guy has no luck!
“Luck” would have been a good topic for last week. This weeks topic will all have to with Giants; big guys on the field.
The answers to the questions were: 2 INTs by the Saints, 1 Fumble recovered by the Saints (recovered by Wilson on special teams), Brees had 1 turnover on a throw to Colston who seemed to be his 2015 self before waking up 2 minutes before the end of the game and the first Saints turnover was by Stephone Anthony. The answer to the tie-breaker is 4 (3 INTs and 1 Fumble).

You know what this means? It looks like you all can safely join in participating for the seasons Guru title and the $50 that goes with it. The chance of making the Anti-guru has greatly diminished and that even this early in the season, though anything can happen!
