The NFL is still locked out, and a solution is not close to happening. One thing this process has taught me is that we’re all going to have to be really patient. I just can’t see this thing randomly getting resolved a day soon. It seems like each step in the evolution of negotiations springs 4 more steps. Most recently, the talks have been adjoured intil May 16th. No one knows how training camp, preseason and the regular season will be affected and it’s impossible to predict… we already know that. But this latest news is just par for the course. Some slight progress, followed by a standstill for 25 days.
At least we have the NFL draft to look forward to, because it’s going to get pretty slow after that.
