Anyone who reads the title above is immediately thinking: WHO? I know, I know. But Owusu-Ansah has 4.32 40 speed and some serious wheels for a safety. The Saints have a lot of safeties coming into camp, so I don't view Owusu-Ansah as having any shot at making the team. Then again, neither did Ryan Steed. Owusu-Ansah was a 4th round pick of Rob Ryan's Cowboy defense in 2010. He played some as a kick returner before getting hurt. He's a potential guy due to his ridiculous speed and athleticism, but in the end the lack of real football skills make him a camp body in my estimation.
