Despite the windy conditions, the false start penalty that pushed him back 5 yards, and the blocked kick, Garrett Hartley was still somehow managed to power this kick through the uprights to clinch the victory for the Saints in San Francisco. This is good for the #5 play of the season. Kudos to Hartley for having enough leg power to muscle that kick through despite an opponent getting a finger on it.
