Curt Schilling was on EEI’s Dennis and Callahan this morning and made a few statements. One of them was that he would not pitch for the Yankees, contrary to remarks his personal physician said on Monday, saying Schilling was so mad the Sox told him not to have surgery that he was considering pitching for the Yankees next year.
He also has eliminated $2 million that Schilling could have earned had he met his weight clauses because he felt guilty on collecting it despite not pitching. Some of the money has been converted to performance bonuses.
As for his rehab?
Schilling said on the morning show that he is surprised at how well his rehab is going and that he has achieved
