<![CDATA[Sean Kilpatrick was invited to the NBA Draft combine that starts tomorrow, but knee tendonitis is holding him out of the event. It is unknown if he will be participating in the interview process or skipping the event entirely.
Some top names for the draft like Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, Joel Embiid are all skipping the event. Adreian Payne is skipping the workout portion. Kilpatrick is skipping at least the workout portion as well.
He left this quote to Bill Koch:
“My agent doesn’t want me to go through it. It’s nothing serious.”
Kilpatrick isn’t going to be a first round pick. At best, he would be a second round pick. He’s not in the Draft Express latest mock draft. At this point, it seems like the best thing to do is try to get better for individual workouts and any opportunities he would get as a potential free agent if he isn’t drafted.]]>
