Week 15 takes the NFL north of the border as the Seattle Seahawks and the Buffalo Bills meet in the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Seattle comes into Sunday with a record of 8 and 5 and currently holds the fifth seed in the NFC playoff picture. Buffalo, on the other hand, sits at 5 and 8 and can play spoiler with a win on Sunday.
For Buffalo to have a chance, they will have to shut down an explosive Seattle offense lead by rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson and the Seahawks offense put up 58, yes 58, points in a shutout win over Arizona last week in Seattle. The young QB out of the University of Wisconsin passed for 148 yds. on 13 attempts and one touchdown. Marshawn Lynch had a big day; he scored three times while gaining a total of 128 yds. on the ground. The Seahawks set a franchise-record scoring 58 points in the game. The Seattle defense also showed up as they forced Arizona to turn the ball over eight times. Richard Sherman and Bobby Wegner each had two INT's apiece.
Ryan Fitzpatrick will look to keep the ball and use his own run game of C.J. Wilson and Fred Jackson to keep the clock in their control. The Bills are coming off a heart breaking lost to the St. Louis Rams last week in Buffalo. Steve Johnson and Scott Chandler will have to fight though the Seattle back field if they hope to get involved and help Buffalo get the upset victory. Buffalo will come out ready to play and the Seahawks cannot look past this game.
The NFC playoff picture is far from set, making this week a must win for Seattle. Seattle still has a shot at the NFC West crown as they are back of the San Francisco 49ers by two games with three left to play. Look for Lynch to have another huge day on the ground. Marshawn Lynch is my must start in Fantasy Football of the week. He will destroy the Bills D much like he did the Cardinals defense.
