Second Least Expensive Oakland Raiders Road Game This Week Against Cleveland Browns

When opposing one another in Week 3 this Sunday, either the Oakland Raiders or the Cleveland Browns will extend their win streak to two, as each franchise won their first game of the season last week. Even so, it is the second least expensive Raiders tickets on the secondary market for a game on the road for the remainder of the season, according to TiqIQ.com.

The average ticket price is $119.74 with a get-in price of $52 for this week’s Raiders vs. Browns game on September 27. The only other Raiders road contest that is cheaper this season is when Oakland travels to Kansas City for their second meeting of the year with the division rival Chiefs on January 3. That rivalry affair contains an average ticket price of $100.20 and a get-in price of just $15 for entrance into Arrowhead Stadium, although those prices are likely to go up considerably in the months leading up to kickoff. With this game being one of the two cheapest road games of the season, it can be an opportune time to see Oakland play on the road. Hipmunk.com has cheap Cleveland airfare for this Sunday’s game, in addition to hotels near Cleveland Browns Stadium to be within walking distance of the game.

Derek Carr and the Raiders got their first win last Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens in dramatic fashion. After a field goal put the Ravens ahead with time winding down, Carr drove the offense down field and found Seth Roberts in the end zone for the game-winning touchdown. Carr threw for 351 yards, three touchdowns and one interception, while Latavius Murray rushed 15 times for 65 yards and a touchdown. Michael Crabtree had just fewer than 10 catches and over 100 yards receiving, pairing nicely with rookie Amari Cooper so far this season.

This will be Oakland’s first road game of the season, after facing both the Cincinnati Bengals and Ravens at home at the O.co Coliseum.

The Browns are also coming off their first victory of the young campaign, defeating the Tennessee Titans at home, 28-14. The Browns defense impressively held rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota in check after his dazzling debut, forcing three fumbles and recovering two of them. Johnny Manziel performed well in the win, but the Browns are electing to start Josh McCown for the Raiders game, who was the starter Week 1 before he left the game due to a concussion.
