The Celtics held an open practice to season ticket holders tonight at the TD Garden. It consisted of a meet-and-greet with a handful of Celtic legends like Bob Cousy, Satch Sanders, Cedric Maxwell and Dave Cowens. Fans could also get their photos taken with one of several Larry O'Brien championship trophies.
Afterwards, they held a brief scrimmage. Big Baby gave an hilarious introduction to every member of team and coaching staff (video of that will be up later), then they played 5-on-5 for about 20 minutes. I will post more clips of that later, but here is one of the best highlights from the night: Shaq passing it to himself off the backboard then slamming it home. Watch Rasheed Wallace (yes, Sheed was in the house) laugh it up on the bench (he's in all red Phillies gear):
