Shaq Thomas, who was reported ineligible along with 5 of his NIA prep teammates, has been cleared by the NCAA. It was reported Thomas would appeal the ruling, and he won. This is according to Zags Blog, which broke the story. It’s not known if Thomas will come in to play right away, but he “I do not miss [any] school days.”
This is a good thing. Shaq is expected to make an impact this season. Hopefully there are no other roadblocks in his way.
