Ricky Rubio’s Spanish basketball team, DKV Joventut, has rejected a $3.24 million offer from the Regal FC Barcelona team for the 18-yar-old point guard who was the Minnesota Timberwolves’ top draft pick last June, according to today’s edition of El Periodico in Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Rubio said he has “almost decided” to play the next two seasons in Europe, and it probably still could be for Regal FC, which has proposed a five-year contract that would pay him $1.4 million annually, with an escape clause after two seasons.
