The New York Knicks hit 11-of-27 threes en route to a 100-84 win over the Philadelphia 76ers at the Garden earlier today.

Carmelo Anthony made only one of those deadly threes, but scored 27 points and shot 56 percent from the field.

The Sixers hung tough for the first 12 minutes of the game, but the Knicks pushed a 31-25 first quarter lead to 13 by halftime.

Not only did the Sixers lose the three-point battle, but their bench was outscored 39-24 as well.

J.R. Smith led the Knicks bench with 20 points (4-5 from three), while six other bench players chipped in.

Jrue Holiday led the Sixers in scoring with 27, Thaddeus Young added 16 points and Evan Turner tallied a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

The Sixers and Knicks will meet again tomorrow, Nov. 5 in Philadelphia at 7 p.m.
