Sneakerheads from all over New England made their way into Boston Sunday for DunkxChange. The event gave sneakerheads the opportunity to buy, sell, and trade their rarest Air Jordans, Dunks, LeBrons, Air Max, Reeboks, Adidas, and more.
Dozens of vendors had tables set up filled with insanely rare sneakers. Highlights included several pairs of Ray Allen Air Jordan 13’s, Nike SB Lobster Dunks, and the holy grail of sneakers – the Nike Air Mag (of Back 2 the Future II fame).
DJ Jack the Ripper and DJ Hustle Simmons spun hip-hop tracks as sneakerheads negotiated deals. Some traded pairs, while others paid large sums of cash. Pairs were being sold for sums in the high hundreds and some shoes had tags in thousands.
Overall, this was an amazingly entertaining event with some great people. Photos after the jump…
