Solomon Tentman has left the Cincinnati Bearcats football team. Tentman made the announcement on his instagram account.
Hardest thing I have had to do in my life yet. I hate to leave my brothers who I’ve sweat, bled, teared, and shared so many great memories with. I cannot continue to express how much I appreciate them, the opportunities the coaches gave me, and everything else that has happened in my five years at the University of Cincinnati. I will forever support and love the Bearcats, but it’s my time to go onto something better. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. #BearcatNation
Solomon Tentman came back from a couple of serious knee injuries to get back on the field on have a significant role with UC over the last 3 seasons. His story of determination and heart and everything he gave to get on the field to play whatever role he could is why college sports are special. He’s a Cincinnati kid who played for his city. It’s tough that his career ended like this.
