The South Carolina Gamecocks have entered a bye week, a much needed one at that and it seems there is some light being shed on where the Gamecocks could be playing football post-Christmas. Let’s take a peek:
ESPN’s Brad Edwards and Mark Schlabach both have predicted USC to go to the Outback bowl. One has USC playing Michigan State and the other has Nebraska. Both would be one heck of a great game to watch and present USC some challenges.
Phil Steele has also predicted USC to go to the Outback bowl but against Michigan. That could be fun to watch with Robinson at quarterback against the Gamecocks defense.
CBSsports.com has the best predictionin my view – Cotton Bowl. They have USC matched up against Texas A&M. That would be so very nice with so many story-lines as the Aggies are set to join the SEC soon. Assumption to make this one happen is that both Bama and LSU go into the BCS bowl system. This could happen.
So there you have it, which one do you like or do you predict another destination?
