Sox Commit Five Errors and Get Pummeled by Yanks

If the Red Sox had any hopes of taking the series from the Yankees they would need a strong start from Felix Doubront last night.  Unfortunately Doubront struggled out of the gate and it was another game that taxed the bullpen.  The Red Sox defense also left a lot to be desired with 5 errors on the night while only getting 4 hits.  That’s not a recipe for success.

This game was too horrible to recap, so if you wanna know the play by play check out the boxscore.  It went from bad to worse to Oh My God to Mike Carp throwing knuckleballs to end the game.

Red Sox 5  Yankees 14  BOXSCORE
