Kia and Spotify are looking to make the ultimate playlist for driving with the window down

The football season may not be for another six months (hey, it’ll be here before we know it), but with spring football practices in session and the Blue White Game less than a month away you may already be planning on your next tailgate. And here, nobody will blame you for that.
You have the food all planned out, be it traditional and easy hot dogs and burgers, sausages or steaks or the more elaborate shrimp, crabs, lobsters and more. You have the other snacks ready with chips, pretzels, crackers, cheese tray and perhaps a dessert cake or brownies.
But what will you listen to while scarfing down at your tailgate party? Heck, what will you be listening to on your way to the game? That is what our friends at Kia and Spotify would like to know. In fact, they are in the process of putting together the “Best Songs with your Windows Down” playlist, and they are taking suggestions from you.
All you need to do is visit their Facebook page, view the playlist to date, and add your suggestion to the pool.
I added “Boys of Summer,” as performed by The Ataris (though the original is worth considering). It may not be a great football song, but it seems to play well in the background and while driving down the highway on the way to the stadium.
Let me know what song you decide to add in the comments section below, and our pals at Kia and Spotify may add them as well. The playlist is already over 19 hours long so pretty soon there will be full day’s worth of tunes. You will need to have Spotify to listen to the playlist (you can download it from the Kia/Spotify Facebook page), and if you have a new Kia you will be able to access the playlist right from the Voice-Activated UVO Infotainment System powered by Microsoft while on the road.
