Barron, the safety from Alabama has not lived up to his potential as he was drafted by the Buccaneers with the seventh overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Thus far in his career, he has 225 combined tackles, 3 interceptions and a forced fumble.
In terms of this season, he only has 49 combined tackles but no forced fumbles or interceptions. An average defender at best Barron will be looking for greener pastures in St. Louis, where he will be joining a secondary with the likes of T.J. McDonald and Janoris Jenkins.
