I'm still not worried. Is that bad? Is that normal? I mean, it's me we're talking about. I'm Mr. Fucking Negative when it comes to stuff like this and I'm not worried about Boston chances in the next game (or the two after that, should it come to two). Why? It took Chicago's best game of the series and Boston's worst game of the series – and overtime – for Chicago to put the Bruins away.
Chara will not be that bad.
Seidenberg will not be that bad.
Seriously.
Boston scored 5 goals on Crawford in a game where their defense was gone. Non-existant type of shit going on.
Boston has turned into a well rounded hockey team that can win with offense, defense or on special teams – short handed goals from the other night excluded.
Seriously, a short handed goal. Go fuck your face.
I expect a much better game from Boston in Game 5. Maybe there was a lack of desperation coming from them. Shit, maybe they're just tired. Who knows. I'm not going to look for reasons why they lost Game 4 in Overtime to Chicago. Chicago is a really good team.
I don't know, I just don't think it's time to put the toes on the Tobin yet. Like I said, I'm usually Mr. Negative and it didn't bother me.
But I was also drunk as hell at the game too so there's that.
