• Any shipping requirements will be gathered after the deadline. Put in your shipping address so that we can figure out if we can deliver your product or if we need to ship it. Typically one or two t-shirts shipped to anywhere in the Continental US will cost about $6.50. Hoodies can cost up to $12.65 to ship. These are USPS Priority Mail rates.

FAQs

• When will the product be shipped? Here is the approximate timeline:
  1. Wed 5/6/2015 8:30AM PDT — all pre-orders close, printing of product/inventory begins
  2. Thu evening 5/14/2015 — Savs picks up inventory from printer
  3. Fri 5/15/2015 — LetsGoWarriors picks up product/inventory from Savs, ships out orders or arranges for deliveries
  4. ~Thu 5/21/2015 — You receive shipment (via USPS Priority Mail if by mail)
• I cannot order until after Wed 5/6 at 8:30AM. Can I still order after that? We cannot guarantee there will be product remaining after the pre-order window closes. Feel free to contact us after the deadline, though, and we will check with Savs inventory.
• How do we know if we have to pay for shipping? We will look at the shipping address you gave us, contact you by email, and bill you accordingly, when your order is ready to ship, per the USPS Priority Mail rates — for example, hoodies could cost more to ship than t-shirts because of the weight.
• How much would shipping be? When we mailed out the Treymond23 t-shirts, they averaged about $6.50 for 1 or 2 t-shirts shipped to the Continental US. We expect any orders for hoodies to be the equivalent of 3 t-shirts. We estimate a medium-sized box for USPS Priority Mail ($12.65 flat rate) can probably hold 2 t-shirts and 1 hoodie. There are multiple variables involved. We will do our best to make everything fair for the customer.
• Do you ship internationally? We can ship internationally as long as you pay for the shipping costs. Please estimate costs for yourself on the USPS website, to ship out from our zip code 94132.
• If I am in the Bay Area and want to save on shipping costs, how do we meet to pickup the order? We have several options: 1) LetsGoWarriors headquarters is in SF, so anyone within a 5-mile radius, we should be able to accommodate, 2) We are often in Oakland attending Warriors practice, so anyone within a 5-mile radius of downtown Oakland, we should be able to accommodate, and 3) We are sometimes in Santa Clara, but not that frequently, so if you can wait, we can meet up nearby there at some point. Failing that, we can arrange for shipping.
• Are there refunds? We can only refund your order if it is still before the pre-order window/deadline. After that, we have committed your order and funds to Savs to produce the garment. However, it is easy to issue refunds through PayPal, so just let us know of your particular situation.
