What more can I say? 61 points against the Knicks breaking a Madison Square garden record, Kobe help lead the Lakers beat the Cavs to hand them their first home loss and on their six game road trip? Pau Gasol of the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t suck
Last week: 26 ppg, 13.8rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1 steal, 1.5 blocks
Pau was honored as the Western Conference Play of the week. Pau had two 30point games against the Toronto Raptors and the New York Knicks and he also had doubledigit rebounding numbershis last four games.

Stephen Jackson of the Golden State Warriors didn’t suck
Last week: 26 ppg, 7 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 2.5 steals
Jackson had a triple double against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday with 30ppg, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. In the Warriors’ game against Utah, he flirted with another one with 20 pts, 10 boards and 8 assists as they beat the Jazz 116-96.

Ramon Sessions of the Milwaukee Bucks didn’t suck
Last week: 31.5 ppg, 4 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals

I hate plugging the Lakers here all the time but the Lakers are getting it done. Look at the reasons above withKobe Bryant and Player of the Week, Pau Gasol. They hold 41-9 record and even with the loss of Andrew Bynum, the Lakers have kept it up, going 6-0 on their road trip beating powerhouses like the Cavs at home and the world champ, Boston Celtics.
