Just when you thought Penn State couldn’t possibly have more success on the recruiting trail, they do.
Yesterday around 1PM, 3 star WR Cameron Sullivan-Brown announced that he would be committing at 2PM.
An hour later, he tweeted this:
Sullivan-Brown is from Laurel, Maryland and attends St. Vincent Pallotti. The #1 WR in Maryland held 24 offers which included Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Cam comes in at 6’1 180 pounds and can really stretch the field and should be a dangerous deep ball threat.
He is the 12th commit in Penn State’s 2017 class and is Franklin’s 4th pledge in 9 days, which has been a very impressive stretch by the head coach. Sullivan-Brown also visited for Lasch Bash, which probably helped Franklin secure his pledge, just like the other three commits in the past week. The class now ranks 23rd in the nation according to 247 Sports.
The stretch should continue on August 2nd with 3 star LB Brailyn Franklin set to commit.
