I was going to finish up a post about the draft this morning, but the site went down for about three hours when I had a chance to work on it, so no dice on that front until tomorrow. Sorry about the outage; the Bloguin guys ID’d the problem quickly and worked with our webhosts to get things running again as fast as possible. Anyways, we’ll start talking about the draft tomorrow. Until then, there are pressing matters at hand.
The Pirates have a chance to keep up their dominance of the Cubs tonight by finishing a sweep at PNC Park to run their record against them to 8-1 on the season including a 6-0 mark at PNC. Zach Duke is the pitcher tasked with doing so against Carlos Zambrano in his first start since April 20th. John Russell seems determined to help the Cubs avoid embarrassment as much as possible, because Ryan Church is starting.

With Neil Walker’s big homer, he earned his first Clemente of the season last night and as quite a few people are riding the Walker Train (perhaps we should call it “The T”) there was some nice movement. No one picked up points on Octavio Dotel for Clemente runner-up, but a smattering of people had both Cangelosis (Ronny Cedeno first, Bobby Crosby second). The big movers were the Brians, as ndbrian picked up a perfect four and brian2 picked up three, vaulting them both to 19 points and a third place tie.
