Starters
Paul Pierce: Everyone is entitled to a bad shooting night. It's disappointing to see, but Paul Pierce is better than 3-17 shooting. Hey, it happens.
Rajon Rondo: I'm going to be more critical of Rajon simply because he seemed to be showboating early. If you're going to be hotdogging, son, you gotta back it up. 5-12 shooting won't cut it. But still, some of those shots are ones that normally go in. Rondo's stock drops slightly though because I'm seeing some old tendencies creep back.
Ray Allen: This man is just amazing. He'll have his off nights, but we haven't really seen any yet. he was 4 of 5 from 3. When are opposing teams going to figure out he likes to shoot those? It's not like he's the all time leader in 3's made or anything.
Kevin Garnett: 12 points and 6 rebounds? We're going to need more than that. But can he give more? Let's see what 4 days of practice do.
Jermaine O'Neal: A slight uptick in Jermaine's value because he played some awesome defense in the first half. He had one sequence where he blocked a shot, Indy got the ball back, and then he drew the charge.
Bench
Brandon Bass: Bad game for Bass. Just two shots at the rim and then he was 1-5 from 10-23 feet. Very Glen Davis stat-line. But his game just fell in line with everyone else's, so no change in his value.
Keyon Dooling: After the game, Dooling admitted he needs to be more aggressive on offense. He needs to do something because he hasn't shown much aside from the Miami game. He'll figure it out, I think, but right now his stock is dropping.
Marquis Daniels: There might be no one on this team I'm rooting harder for. But the fact is when you talk about non-factors on this Celtics bench, you have to start with Marquis Daniels. I hope Mickael Pietrus' arrival slides Quis into a role he's more comfortable with.
Chris Wilcox: On a night where the C's frontcourt gets killed, Doc only feels good playing him 3 minutes? Let's hope these next four days help this guy out.
Avery Bradley: He hit a couple of jumpers when it didn't matter. At least he hit them
Greg Stiemsma: He needs to become a better rebounder. He didn't play much last night because he gets pushed around too easily underneath. Energy and effort can only take you so far.
Sasha Pavlovic, E'Twaun Moore, JaJuan Johnson: When's E'Twaun going to get some time?
Coaching
Doc Rivers: I'll repeat what I said in the Morning Dump: Doc needed to do a better job of making Ray Allen the focus of the offense. He needed more touches. Despite the bad shooting by everyone else, The C's had a chance to win this one. Certain adjustments needed to be made that weren't
