Vladimir Tarasenko was the hero once again when he scored a big OT goal to give the Blues a 4-3 win against the Dallas Stars. Sure, the Blues coughed up a late lead against another divisional foe, but they still walked away with two more points.
Tarasenko’s OT goal was his 10th goal of the year as well as a fairly noteworthy goal in franchise history. His strike was his sixth regular season OT goal with the Blues which pushed him into a tie for second all-time with Keith Tkachuk.

With Demitra’s mark sitting just one goal away, Tarasenko has a pretty good shot at matching or even besting that record in 2016-17. Let’s just hope it comes at a time where the Blues don’t cough up a late lead.
