Raynor (5-foot-10, 185 lbs.) is a three-star prospect and the No. 52 overall player at his position for the ’16 class, according to 247Sports.com. He chose Temple over a list of other scholarship offers, including Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Miami (FL), West Virginia, and more.
Evident from his highlight tape, Raynor possesses the ability to maneuver his way through the gaps and is dangerous in open field, using his elusiveness and speed to avoid defenders. After posting nearly 1,000 yards and 14 touchdowns as a sophomore, he averaged an astonishing 13.4 yards per carry as a junior.
Raynor only played in four games during his senior season, but made the most of them with 11.5 yards an attempt.
Temple’s 2016 class currently ranks 72nd nationally and 5th in the American Athletic Conference.
