Tennis Channel will pick up coverage of nine tournaments of the summer U.S. Open Series that runs from the last week of July up until the U.S. Open in the last week of August. Tennis Channel sends its crews to 7 of the 9 tournaments. In the case of the ATP Rogers Masters and WTA Rogers Cup, both in Montreal, Tennis Channel picks up the dreaded world feed. Actually in some cases, the international feed is pretty good. Anyway, Tennis Channel will have Ted Robinson and Leif Shiras on play-by-play, Lindsay Davenport, Coriana Morariu, Justin Gimbelstob and Jimmy Arias on analysis.

The network’s four women’s events are: the Bank of the West Classic (Stanford, Calif.), Mercury Insurance Open (San Diego), Western and Southern Financial Group Women’s Open (Cincinnati) and Rogers Cup (Montreal).Tennis Channel has partnered with the United States Tennis Association (USTA), the governing body of the US Open Series, since the circuit began in 2004, with fellow broadcasters ESPN and CBS Sports.
