Keith Jardine’s post-UFC career begins on September 11 as he takes on Strikeforce-vet Trevor Prangley at Shark Fights 13 in Amarillo, Texas. The non-title fight (Prangley is the current Shark Fights light heavyweight champ) was announced by Shark Fight Promotions officials last Friday.

Aaron Rosa wins at Alamo Showdown

San Antonio native Aaron Rosa (14-3) took out Jay Peche (4-2) in the main event at last Saturday’s Alamo Showdown to build upon his unanimous decision win over Robert Villegas at Bellator 20 in June.

Peche sought to take the Strikeforce-veteran to the mat early, but Rosa’s takedown defense proved to be too much. Peche gassed quickly, and Rosa capitalized by firing back with a barrage of punches that forced the referee stoppage.
