I have been writing for Thoughts from the Dark Side for over four years now,and I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who come by and read the work that Rob, LDizzle, and I all churn out.
I know that I haven’t been writing in this space much lately, but I have been extremely busy working on examiner.com which has afforded me great opportunities, that I have used to help TFDS continue its growth.
The four plus years that I have written for TFDS have been a real roller coaster. I remember being optimistic about the acquisition of Randy Moss. (oops! I never claimed to always be right.) I have been chronicling the ups and downs of the Silver and Black ever since.
Along the way, both Rob and LDizzle joined the team and contributed their talents and their personalities to help TFDS explode. As those two became part of the team, they have also become people I can call good friends.
It was my work here on TFDS that opened the door to examiner. From there, I was afforded the opportunity to attend minicamp, and will allow me further opportunities to cover the Raiders from the inside. Much of my work around here will be behind the scenes, giving hot times to my very capable colleagues to put stories together, and finding ways to keep TFDS full of fresh content.
I would like to thank each and every one of you who share part of your day by clicking on this site and reading what we have to say. If it wasn’t for you guys, Rob, Dizzle, and I would have to take up stamp collecting or something to pass the time.
