The Kiehl Frazier Era (9/1/12 – 10/6/12)

Auburn announced yesterday that quarterback Kiehl Frazier would be moving to safety in an effort to help the team wherever he can.  The move comes after Frazier wasn't showing any signs of being able to overtake Nick Marshall (a former Georgia DB) and Jeremy Johnson in the Auburn starting quarterback race.

It also means that we're probably not going to hear about Frazier as frequently, which is a real pain in the keester after FINALLY learning to spell his name without having to look it up.  But, just because we won't see him tossing passes to the other team at a dazzling rate (an interception every 12.87 passes during his month as starter), doesn't mean we should forget the good times.

First, the highlights of the Kiehl Frazier era at quarterback.  Not a lot of material with which to work here, but I do believe these two moments were the pinnacle.

As a reminder, both of these plays were needed in order to beat Louisiana-Monroe.  At home.  In overtime.  War Eagle.

And finally, the moments when we all realized the Kiehl Frazier era probably wasn't going to go too well.  A sense visually represented by the Auburn fans at the 38-second mark in the third video:

And I could've included video of his two fumbles as well, but I'm not a monster like Walter White.

So, Godspeed, quarterbacking Kiehl Frazier.  May you return for a brief, bright moment in one of Gus Malzahn's trick plays against Western Carolina.
