Frank Gailey is a native of Philadelphia and went to West Chester University. Gailey, last season in the minors, went 5-6 between New Hampshire in the Eastern League and Dunedin in the Florida State League. In single-A Dunedin, Gailey went 4-2 with an ERA of 1.84. Next, in double-A New Hampshire, Gailey went 1-4 with an ERA of 5.70.
