Tonight’s game was a complete 360 from Monday night’s game vs. the Portland Trailblazers. The Sixers played a complete game vs. the Phoenix Suns, as they cruised to a 103-83 victory. This was the Sixers first victory of the season, first victory on the road, and the first victory on this five game Western road trip.


Andre Iguodala came into this game and continued his hot streak of shooting. In 27 minutes, Iguodala had 15 points on 5 of 7 shooting, with 3 for 3 behind the three point line, and four steals. Center Spencer Hawes continued his good gameplay with 9 points and 11 rebounds. Jrue Holiday and Jodie Meeks both played better in tonight’s game; Holiday and Meeks both contributed 12 and 15 points apiece. A bright spot from this game was Rookie F Nikola Vucevic; Vucevic, the rookie from USC, in 20 minutes, had 6 points and 6 rebounds.

On Friday night, the Sixers will take on the 0-2 Utah Jazz, as they continue their Western road trip.
