I woke this morning to back-to-back pieces on ESPN promoting the Washington Nationals’ Sunday Night Baseball game against the Philadelphia Phillies, followed by Robert Griffin III in a Dicks Sporting Goods commercial and wrapping with the story of Capitals win over the New York Rangers to tie their NHL playoff series.
This all occurred within a five minute span, enough time to sense that something is very different about DC sports.
