So the WGR afternoon hosts decided to do a topic on this decades most embarrassing moments of the Buffalo Bills. Fans of course called into the show and had their laundry list of terrible moments. Now look, the topic is fine. But I would bet a million dollars the radio station would never do a list of embarrassing Sabres moments of this decade. I know some of you Sabres fans who can’t take the thought of their team actually being bad will email with hate messages stating how the Sabres were great for 2 years.
That’s all true. But 5 out of 7 years with no playoffs should warrant the same topic the Bills are getting. And since WGR loves to bring up stories every hour about how the Donahoe and Levy era were god awful, they sure as hell never ever mention Drury and Briere debacle from the past. WGR never basks in the past of the Sabres short comings, except when they run their stupid “what’s your favorite Aud or Sabres playoff moment” topic they run at least once every 2 months. Please WGR be a little fair to both teams.
