Though Rose Bowl just hours away, PrimeSport still has tickets remaining

The Florida State Seminoles enter Thursday’s Rose Bowl with a perfect 13-0 record, yet some still don’t think they’re the best team in college football. In fact, they enter a prime matchup with the Oregon Ducks (12-1) as underdogs. While slightly surprising, that’s at least understandable given Oregon’s elite offense and path to the Rose Bowl. The obvious question lurking, then, is which star-studded team will prevail and advance to the college football title game – the one led by Marcus Mariota or the one led by Jameis Winston?

Rose Bowl tickets remain available at PrimeSport.com for as little as $99. The Seminoles and Ducks have one loss between them and boast two of the best offenses in all of college football. Naturally, the two clashing on Thursday night should give college football fans one of the best games of the year – if not the best. Still, fans of either team probably have to admit that Rose Bowl tickets offer solid value, as they come in at just $258 on average, presently.

No one has complained about the value of Florida State Seminoles tickets this year, as Jameis Winston once again put up Heisman-type stats while carrying a slightly regressed defending champ to an unblemished record. Florida State definitely had their scares along the way, while Winston’s maturity and decision-making naturally also have come under fire. Through it all, however, Winston has kept Florida State near the top of the nation with a shot to end the year as back to back champs.

As crazy as it sounds, Florida State and Oregon have never faced. This matchup being a first will naturally be one reason to spike the value of Oregon Ducks tickets, but the matchup in general is sure to create plenty of buzz. With no familiarity here, it’s worth wondering if Florida State is at all prepared to take on such an explosive Oregon offense. The Seminoles enter this intense battle with just the 50th ranked defense and will try to dispatch the third-ranked offense in the entire nation. If the Seminoles are going to get the win, Winston and company will more than likely simply need to bring slightly more offense than Oregon does in this one.
