Tim Lincecum Unloads “50 Shades” Condo

I can’t believe I’m about to type this, but…Tim Lincecum can no longer count fictional billionaire Christian Grey among his neighbors.

According to reports, the San Francisco Giants pitcher has unloaded his 28^th floor condo in Seattle’s famed Escala Building…the same high rise featured in the E.L. James-penned bestselling series “Fifty Shades of Grey”.  The two-time Cy Young Award winner bought the three bedroom, three bathroom crib in 2010 for $1.5 million.  He sold it last month for a cool $2.25 million.
