Titans sign first-round pick Johnson

As reported by the Nashville City Paper and confirmed on the official site, the Titans have signed their first selection in the 2008 draft, RB Chris Johnson. The deal is for 5 years, about $12 million, about $7 million of which is guaranteed. Those of you in the Nashville area will likely be able to see Johnson at today’s 3:30 P.M. practice. With this deal done, every player who’s supposed to be in training camp will now be there.
