The 2000s is where we enter the glory era. Playoff wins, Super Bowl titles, broken records. This list was very hard to compile.

1. Drew Brees, QB: In 4 seasons in the 2000s he made 3 Pro Bowls and won a Super Bowl MVP. And the whole re-writing the record books thing.

2. Deuce McAllister, RB: Best back in Saints history. Made 2 Pro Bowls in 8 seasons with the Saints. Inducted into the Saints Hall of Fame in 2012.

3. Joe Horn, WR: Inducted into the Saints Hall of Fame in 2010. Made 4 Pro Bowls in 7 seasons with the Saints. One of the best receivers in team history.

4. Will Smith, DE: Played six seasons in the 2000s with the Saints, making the Pro Bowl once. He’s schedule to be inducted this year into the Saints Hall of Fame. Posted 49.5 sacks in the 2000s over 6 seasons (would get 18 more after that). He’s 4th all time in team history in sacks.

5. Marques Colston, WR: In his first four seasons with the Saints, he eclipsed 1,000 yards three times. He’s the all time team leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns scored.

6. Jammal Brown, T: In five seasons with the Saints he was a lock down left tackle that made the Pro Bowl twice.

7. Jahri Evans, G: He started racking up his Pro Bowl totals after 2009. In his first four seasons he only made the Pro Bowl once.

8. Sammy Knight, S: In three seasons in the 2000s, Knight had 16 interceptions and made the Pro Bowl once. He’s a member of the Saints Hall of Fame and he’s 3rd all time in team history for career interceptions.

9. La’Roi Glover, DT: Played two seasons in the 2000s with the Saints but was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2000 and made the Pro Bowl thanks to 17 sacks.

10. LeCharles Bentley, G/C: In four seasons with the Saints he made the Pro Bowl twice. Was one of the nastiest and most physical Saints players I ever watched on the interior.
